the Lease will be issued.
The area comprises 125 acres or at
4.8 mau to an acre, 600 mau.
The following are the special conditions accompanying
the last mentioned letter.
Special Conditions
(1) Term of Lease 75 years.
(2) Crown Rent to be at the rate of $200 per
acre, commencing from the 1st October
1902 to be subject to revision at the end
of 25 years.
(3) The entire area to be reclaimed to such
levels as the Director of Public Works
may approve within 5 years from the date
mentioned, and to be protected with substantial
sea walls or otherwise to the satisfaction
of the Director of Public Works. Exclusive
of the area leased an additional width of 30 feet to be
